A Safe Practice to Melt Tension & Trauma
This intimate workshop is an invitation to slow down and let your body release what it’s been holding, through breath, gentle movement, and nourishing fascial work.
We’ll begin by calming the nervous system with grounding breath and subtle body activation, preparing the fascia to soften and open. From there, you’ll be guided through fascial release and lymph drainage techniques designed to reduce tension, encourage healthy lymph flow, and bring ease to the jaw, neck, and face.
Participants may also have the opportunity to experience a brief hands on demonstration
This practice is deeply restorative, quietly powerful, and supportive for anyone feeling stress, emotional holding, fascial tension, or nervous system overload.
